What Parents Say
YMCA HOPE CHILD CARE has overwhelmingly positive reviews, with parents praising the caring staff, clean facilities, and developmental progress across all age groups from infants through pre-K. However, one parent reported serious safety concerns including unexplained injuries to their child and lack of communication from staff.
We love Hope! Our daughter has been attending for about 2 years now, and we’ve had a great experience each step of the way. She’s loved her teachers in each classroom and has developed friendships and social skills. We love seeing and hearing about what she’s learning about, from ABCs and 123s, to colors and shapes. We are expecting our second child and plan on enrolling him as well. Highly recommend.
My son is now 15 months old and has been at Hope since he was 4 months old. He absolutely loved it here. The staff takes great care of my baby boy. It was scary being a first time mom and going back to work full time but my son has really fit in here and I know he has everyday. Thank you miss tammie, miss Kyrie and miss Trish for taking good care of my baby!
Amazing center, all five on my kids have attended Hope over the past 10years. The infant room teacher will take care of your babies as if they were her own making you extremely comfortable leaving them in her care, toddler teachers help with potty training, learning shapes and colors. The preschool and PreK teachers do an awesome job getting kids ready for Kindergarten. Administration always addresses my concerns/questions immediately! It will be a sad day when my three year old has his PreK graduation:-(
I cannot convey how wonderful the staff have been to my son and myself. We have had a very positive experience since enrolling him in September 2024. Miss Tammie, Miss Tara and every teacher we have encountered have been super patient, kind, caring and understanding. The socialization and learning progress has been terrific. So grateful for them!
I have been a part of the Hope family going on 5yrs with two children attending. My oldest daughter (who is now in KG) learned a great deal while she was there. I have built some great relationships with the teachers/staff and other parents.
