UPDATE. 2 2 2020. Kids sports are still a bit of an issue but not as much. There are still some who think the cross fit room is a batting cage and put at least one dent in the drywall. What makes the Y my choice for working out and weight lifting is that there is usually no one else there. So basically I can have an entire weight room to myself! Snap fitness is popular in town but mostly a social gathering site. So that is why I like the Y.
Great value for a membership. Nothing fancy and older equipment but if your on a strict budget and need/want gym access, this is just fine. It is in an old school, so there are 3 levels that they operate in. They do have odd hours, dont offer 24/7 access which makes it inconvenient for anyone with weird working hius. Decent variety of classes that dont cost extra like other YMCA locations
Great place to work out. Convenient hours. Plenty of equipment to use. Staff always has a smile on their faces.

Sadly the selection of exercise equipment is pretty limited. However the staff is super helpful and the clientele are good people.
