This Y is awesome! The steam saunas are great! The weight room in the basement is iron heaven! 😎💪🏾🏋🏾♂️💯 They have plenty of machines and treadmills for cardio as well as several punching bag options. Totally recommend! Best part, staff is always helpful and facilities are always kept clean!
The staff is really mean. We waited 10 minutes cause this grandpa couldnt do his job. On top of that also he screamed at us to get out of the gym at 545 when it closes at 6 pm. Saying "THE GYM CLOSED LEAVE" Choice Gym is better go there and dont waste your time at this dump
Just an FYI you have to give 30 days notice to cancel your gym membership!!!! They will charge you for another month even if you will not be using it. Seems to be another way to get money from you in my opinion. Why would they need my notification that I’m not coming back, it makes no difference.
Love the ropes and the boxing bags and the kick dummy just way more to do than other gyms.
Admittedly not the most updated... but it's obvious that's not what they're going for! I actually really enjoyed my membership- it wasn't empty, but wasn't ever crowded. I always had access to the track and machines I wanted to use with little to no wait time. The classes are very well done! I love the location and the staff is helpful. It is on the pricier side- for an individual membership that applies to Choice fitness as well it's between $50-55. In the winter months especially, it's been worth it to me!
