Told me the tuition rate I signed up for online was a typo and then told me the YMCA program is shutting down. So I am left with no option for care AFTER I made changes to my work and school schedule because I had signed up for this program and assumed I had a care plan in place.
My son has been attending this daycare for over 4 years and I can't begin to describe what a blessing it has been to know that he is in the most experienced and professional care of the wonderful staff there. Amy, the site director, is absolutely marvelous and every teacher truly and genuinely cares about all their kids' development and well being
The staff at the YMCA are professional, caring and creative. They really want all of the kids to be successful in school and in life.
