Never in my life have I been to such a GHETTO facility! Staff members shout and yell at the kids. No matter what their staff does, they will always support them and say they will look into it, but they never actually do. Because the YMCA staff did not tell one of their bus drivers not to pick up my kids, she decided to block my children from me and then turned around and threatened to be the reason THEY'LL never get back on the bus! She repeatly talked reckless to me! No one will ever disrespect me or my children in the matter she showed. When I finally had enough of their staff's constant disrespect, they stopped allowing my kids, which is fine. Of course, they kept their staff! Despite having never interacted with anyone before, I feel like they have been trying to get rid of my kids. I'd heard stories from others, but now I can verify it for myself. They did not care that their staff was aggressive towards me first. THERE WHOLE STAFF ARE LIARS BEWARE! THEY ARE NOT FOR THE RIGHT THING!
