DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE! I had my son enrolled there through a government assistance program called care4kids. Toya (who was fired) never submitted the paperwork. This didn't get fixed for 2 months and I received 2 separate papers explaining if I didn't pay a large amount he wouldn't be allowed to attend school there. I had extremely rude teachers handing me bills and denying my child care when it had nothing to do with me. After it was determined that it has nothing to do with me the teachers STILL refused to greet me when dropping my kid off & gave me a hard time about standing in their waiting area vs outside in the cold...they acted as if their paychecks were shortened and that was my fault. this is the most GHETTO facility I've ever come across. Teachers are nasty and I ended up removing my child because 6 out of 11 kids had hand foot and mouth disease !!! Ive since been at SILVAS YOUTH TODAY and we love it there the teachers care unlike this ungodly place ! RUN FROM HERE !!!!!! your child probably isn't safe !
I went for Crt in East Hartford. To get help with my bills. But the people working there are ignorant and unhelpful. Very disrespectful when talking to you. I will never go there again prefer to go to Hartford Crt.
