Petra is the best water aerobics instructor. She gives a great work out and is incredibly encouraging. The staff at this y is very nice
I'm enjoying my membership at the Y. I like the fact I can run in and do a quick workout on my favorite machines. The staff is always pleasant. The only changes I recommend are enforcing the cleaning of the equipment after use by members and I'd like to see/hear some contemporary Christian music, along with the other music selections that are being played. I do recommend the Chickahominy Family YMCA.
Nice family pool with two slides for kids. Nice lap pool. The water is usually nice and warm.
Took a great Zumba class here that was subbed by Mackenzie.
