Two years here and I’ve had my bathtub reglazed three times. Maintenance requests go overlooked for a week or more. No follow up with my noise complaint for about 2-3 months now. No follow up about stray cats outside and deficating in the building. The laundry room has been locked on the weekend when it supposed to be open. The new AI service is not good. I’d like to speak with a real person when I have an issue and there’s no option to leave a voicemail anymore.

This new voice service they have is TERRIBLE!!! GO BACK TO HUMAN TALKING. YOU NEVER RECEIVE THE SERVICE YOU'RE INQUIRING ABOUT. THE MICE HAVE COME BACK!!! One beat me in the house as I was entering. Disgraceful & distasteful, especially when you have company with you!!! Whether I'm late or on time with rent, I should be serviced the same. Maybe I'll just do escrow and work it out that way.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chiquita Petit Hommes as my property manager, and I can confidently say she has exceeded all expectations. From day one, Chiquita has been responsive, professional, and truly committed to ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Let me start off saying they are liars and only looking for renting out apartments, I personally had to work with a lot of mold and most time they would suggest to paint over it and have it look nice. It’s more than just a mold safety hazard , the pest control they don’t check for anything and the manager Chiquita is very rude and a two face liar and very petty. I experienced a couple time when someone don’t pay they there rent on time she doesn’t send out any maintenance to help unless it’s an emergency due. And have more units available for people to rent out but don’t let her management know because of how bad conditions the homes be in. Inspections are improperly done so that leaves the safety hazards on a rise. Whatever I tell you DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

I've been here one year as of this month and it started off pretty well. Pat appearance is totally different once you move in the hallways, the drugs in the hallway is ridiculous but you don't see none of this. When you're moving in hallways, nice and clean. It's quiet and for the most part the builder is quiet. The neighbors are pretty friendly. Besides that, in the last month my car has been vandalized twice. No excuses. Nobody knows nothing and we having a hard time getting the camera pulled so that we can see what happened. Not revenge. We just want to know security is not as it should be. It's a lot of things going on. Did they just look over? Would I recommend this place for someone else? If this their first apartment, yes, because they are a nice apartments, they could upgrade a couple of things like a garbage disposer the toilets. But all in all it's a pretty good spot.
