I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing staff at the Emergency Room at Yale New Haven Hospital's Saint Raphael Campus. Our recent experience was truly exceptional, and I'm still in awe of the care my mother received. After a long trip to South America, my mom fell ill, and we were worried. But the moment we walked into the ER, we felt a sense of relief. Despite being busy, the staff were calm, kind, and incredibly patient with us. They took the time to listen, diagnose, and treat my mom's condition with utmost care and accuracy. We were so grateful to be back home and receive top-notch medical care. The entire team, from the triage nurses to the doctors and support staff, were wonderful. Their compassion, expertise, and warm demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable. To everyone in the ER, thank you for your exceptional care. Your dedication to your patients is truly inspiring. We're forever grateful for your help during a critical time. 🙏"

Great staff. ER Dr. was so kind and supportive during having a panic attack. BP and heart rate were extremely high and instead of treating me like an addict and saying, "no sorry I'm not giving you anything. They gave me benzodiazepine to calm my nerves get my heart rate and blood pressure under control. Then I was admitted for observation Then the Addiction medicine team took over. Helped me reach a goal of the right benzo amount rather than trying to just cut me off. Worked with me and now a month later on a long term taper and I am feeling so much better. 😊

Barely scraped together some money to bring my son’s mother to have surgery. It’s a long trip for us. Found out that they’re gonna make us pay for parking. Well, now we have to cancel a very important surgery. They used to validate parking. Why do they not do it at the very least for patients having surgery. This is supposed to be a wealthy prestigious institution. So what’s the deal? I’d give them less than one star if I could. Not gonna let these people pretend they give a shit about their patients.

To the caring, compassionate staff at this campus, thank you. I have a long road to healing but your care made a world of difference. The nurses and doctors are amazing. The atmosphere is how an ER should sound and feel. S/o nurse Jordan in ER. You Rock!!!

You notice st. Rays copies and pastes the same sorry message. They 100% do not care. Then when you get frustrated they go right to patient isolation, it's their favorite thing to do. They will restrict your visits to the patient even if you are the only one in their life. 6 times from january of 2025-october of 2025 they cut my wife open, and none of their surgeons take any accountability, but as soon as you get frustrated they will not let you enter their building. Please go anywhere but here for your loved ones sake. St. Raphaels surgeons of new haven does not care, i promise you!! I will say their nurses are great, and I thank them.
