I've been a patient of Dr. Smalls for over 20 years. By far, she is one of the best doctors that I have encountered. I also work in the medical field and know the importance of bedside manner, compassion and having a skilled and knowledgeable physician. Dr. Smalls possess these qualities and much more. She is a staple in the community.
There is absolutely no way in which this office would be able to accommodate me. I do hope that this office takes the many reviews into consideration and come up with a plan so that there will be less of a wait time. No patient should be waiting 1 hour and 19 minutes before they’re even called to the back, than another 30 minutes plus in the room after taking vitals waiting to see the Dr. Please do your community a favor. Instead of deleting bad reviews take notes and fix the problem. I suggest maybe starting by booking appointments further out and booking less patients in a day.
