We have been at Kindercare for about three years now after switching through several other daycares. We have nothing but amazing things to say about it. My daughter’s teachers are so caring and attentive. We’ve had Ms. Robin, Ms. Ruth and now Ms. Tasha. My daughter is always comforted and happy and loves her teachers. The director Ms Cierra, is so engaged and truly loves the school and children. We wouldn’t be happy anywhere else and highly recommend it here.
We’ve had such a positive experience at this school over the past two years. Especially since the new Center Director Cierra has taken over! The teachers are truly amazing—kind, patient, and genuinely invested in their students. I’ve seen so much growth in my child, both academically and personally. The progress they’ve made since starting here is incredible, and it’s clear how much care and effort the teachers put into what they do. I’m very grateful for this school and highly recommend it to any family looking for a supportive learning environment.
My 1 year old loves going here. So glad we found this place nearby. They send pictures daily and he looks super happy in every one of them! They maintain the place really well and his teachers are very caring and update us with his progress. Highly recommend considering if you are looking for a daycare!
My daughter unfortunately attended this daycare starting at 8 months old. We just started at The Hope Children's Center now that she’s 2 and the difference in facilities, staff, curriculum, cleanliness etc is night and day. The last week my child was enrolled there were 14 children in one class to ONE teacher. We constantly got emails asking us to keep our kids home because their ‘ratios’ were bad. (As if we just drop our kids off for fun). This basically was the case for several months. My daughter was always sick, and I found out that they don’t pay for a janitor to clean- the revolving door of poorly paid teachers have to do it. The foods offered to the children are low quality and out of the blue one day they stopped providing diapers but didn’t lower tuition. This place is a mess and whenever I brought my concerns up, they were met with attitude or with shock that any parent would be unhappy with the way the place was run. Do yourself a favor and bring your child somewhere else. There are many options nearby that are the same price and MUCH better.
Our son and daughter started there shortly after they opened. Our youngest was still in diapers at the time, but was ahead of the curve in the 2 year old class, so they recommended that we move her up. There were no changing tables in her new class, so we needed to get her potty trained ASAP. Miss Yuliana was a huge help with this and she was fully potty trained in just 2 short weeks! The staff is always so kind, generous, and communicative. We love the cleanliness of the facility, the healthy meals, and that the kids are actually learning and getting prepared for elementary school. We love KinderCare!
