We absolutely love the Mahwah YMCA! My son attended through Pre-K and still talks about his experience there. He was extremely prepared for kindergarten and we owe it all to the amazing teachers. My daughter is currently enrolled and she loves going to school each day. The staff provide a perfect balance of social emotional learning and early academic skills. We have also been very happy with all of the safety procedures related to the Covid pandemic. The staff go above and beyond to care for all of the kids. We are extremely grateful to be part of the Mahwah YMCA family.
Contrary to the negative review, this daycare is excellent. The staff members truly care for the children as though they were their own. My 2 children currently attend and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. They masterfully combine childcare and education to provide a truly positive and comfortable environment for learning and growing. They are also very responsive to parent requests and communication. I highly recommend the Mahwah Early Learning Center through the Wyckoff YMCA.
The educators at this daycare took excellent care of both my children. Our kids attended there for ten consecutive years and we wouldn't do anything differently if given the choice today.The nurturing yet structured environment prepared our son and daughter well, socially and educationally, for elementary school. As a testament to the lovely staff, we continue to remain in contact with them today.
I highly recommend Mahwah YMCA for childcare! They are always available for questions and provide clear information about the care of my kids. The teachers are absolutely amazing!! My boys have a great time every day, are stimulated nonstop, and get so much love from their teachers. I would not trust anyone else or go anywhere else for the care of my kids.
Upon the recommendation from multiple fellow teachers/parents our son attended here from 4 months to 4 years old. We felt if numerous teachers who sent their children there trusted it that was the best recommendation we could get. They were attentive and caring and our son flourished there. He loved his Mahwah Early Learning Center family. He was extremely well prepared for kindergarten.
