This place is very unprofessional. They completely played with me and my family. I couldn’t express the amount of disappointment I had from this place. I have other child in daycare for years and to this day never once experienced things like I did from this place.
My toddler has been enrolled here for 2 years and I have been so impressed. She is excited to go to daycare every morning and has so much to tell me at the end of the day. The staff genuinely knows my child and her personality, even the teachers that aren’t always in her classroom. They really work with the kids to teach them, not just babysit. I’ve always been able to check on her as needed and always have someone available to talk to amongst the staff. I toured other facilities before enrolling her here and the this place has always felt the safest. The staff always has a plan for any type of incident and immediately communicates with parents. I know my daughter is cared for as close as possible to how I would and that means everything to me.
My son was very loved during his time at WVELA. All the employees were very helpful and kind, but I can’t speak highly enough of the infant room teacher - she is incredible. We were first time parents and we worried often, but I felt like everyone was very patient with us.They were also very accommodating of my breastfeeding schedule and coordinated with me constantly. They also worked with my son a lot to get him better with a bottle. I always felt like my baby was getting attention and doing appropriate activities. I also really loved the procare system this day care uses for updates throughout the day. Thank you WVELA!
Wonderful staff and children. The staff are all friendly and loving toward the children, and they work well with each other. My daughter has been going there for 3 years, and she feels very comfortable and confident there. She always talks about the fun things they did that day, and can't wait to see her teachers and tell them about things we've done at home. Most importantly, they take care of the needs of each child!
My daughter is in the infant room and absolutely loves it! I’ve never come in and heard her crying, she grins and laughs at every adult there, which shows me how comfortable she is with them! The staff in every room is extremely kind and they are all concerned and friendly, whether your child is in their class or not! I would highly recommend WVELA!
