Submitted my mother's application September 2025, knowing the place was not open yet. I was told they were waiting for the license. Was told she could start coming once they were up and running. Once they got the license they had to get staff and training. Waited some more, until finally I was told they would open soon. Arranged to get them the doctors statement and mother start the program Friday February 6, 2026. On Thursday I was called to let me know they were not able to accept my mother due to medical issues. My problem is they had this application for over 6 months never letting me they could be a problem accepting her, and letting me believe that yes she was accepted, just waiting for them to open. The way this was handled was just plain unprofessional and chaotic. Terrible experience.

We had a good relationship with WovenLife until we didn’t. They are the most difficult people to get ahold of. I had email and phone conversations that started in July, that just dried up before the case was done, and I’ve spent months trying to get someone to email or call me back, including the CEO. Each time I call, I’ve been told “I will get them the message and they will get back to you” and that never happens. I even hand delivered paperwork myself from another clinic to them because they clearly weren’t checking the email these forms were sent to in order to finish up my daughter’s case. It’s been 4 months of nonsense, when this should’ve taken less than a month to take care of and now my child has been without services for all of that time. I do not recommend this place, it is just not worth the fight.

My kiddo was diagnosed with autism and ADHD. Prior to coming to WovenLife, he had been “kicked out” of a previous childcare facility because he was “too much” to care for. Within a few months, and after other facilities saying they couldn’t take my son or had long waiting lists for specialized services, someone recommended I look into WovenLife. Due to some recent changes, they were expanding some classrooms and had an opening coming up for one of their newly expanding classes in his age range. They got him started quickly and have since been working to also bring back onsite therapy options, including speech, OT, PT, and ABA therapy. The teachers have been so wonderful with my little one, working with him as they can on some of his behaviors and adapting to some of his others, i.e, helping him to calm down enough to be able to take a nap or working with him to help him stay seated while eating. The rest of the staff has been so great, too. The administrative staff always keep me informed of new resources and opportunities the center is getting or that they’ve heard of that could help my kiddo. WovenLife truly came through for us at a time we needed them, and they’ve been so great to our entire family!

The first thing that caught my and my son’s attention is Puff the bearded dragon in the lobby. He’s such an exciting part about coming to school every day and we’ve loved seeing him since our tour. My son had a typical transition starting at Wovenlife where it was hard at first, but he warmed up so quickly to his new surroundings. As time went on, he was learning and engaging so well, it made me so happy to know he was in good hands. In August, we lost his lead teacher suddenly and it was like losing a family member with how close of a bond we had. We had a situation where I didn’t feel my son was being treated very fairly and some words were said about my son to me by a staff member that I didn’t like at all. I also felt as though some of his needs were not being met. I brought it up with the director and the CEO and they addressed it immediately and professionally making me feel heard and validated. In November, a main water pipe burst and flooded the building. They had to shut down and we had to find care for about 3 weeks which was hard. Seeing his classroom empty after the flood was really hard as well. It was completely empty and looked sad but I kept thinking of the number of children that have been in the classroom at some point. Thinking about their laughs and cries and how many memories those walls held. Everything was repaired beautifully and it was a smooth transition back. In April, I was informed that he would be aging out of his EHS class but I was told that there would be plenty of spots for him to transition up. I soon after learned that the person who said that didn’t know 100% and there actually weren’t any spots and we had to find care elsewhere by the end of July. I do believe that they tried hard to look at staffing and children’s ratios very hard before telling us there is no way we could stay. I then started the hunt to find another center remotely comparable to Wovenlife. I was very upset after touring a few places and not feeling even close to how I felt touring Wovenlife. I did end up finding a place for him to go until he starts public PreK and so far, so good. Our transition out was smooth, professional, and very emotional. There were many ups and downs and there were some things that happened that I didn’t like. What stood out to me about Wovenlife was their compassion and their urgency to fix whatever situation it was together as a team. Bad, annoying, frustrating, and hard things happen everywhere, but to me, it’s how the other responds that is most important. I was responded to every single time with a family like care that I will never forget. It was not at all our desire to leave and it hurt my heart very much to go to another center after receiving top notch care. But annoying, frustrating, and hard things happen and you just have to go with it. I have never seen a center so involved in their families lives and so caring toward the children and parents. It was such a lively atmosphere; I had no concerns at all with the care my son was receiving. He was happy, thriving, and learning so much. Teachers and staff became our family and that’s all I could ask for in a daycare. I would recommend Wovenlife to anyone and everyone. They are inclusive, supportive, encouraging, loving, and our time together was truly lifechanging. They have so many amazing teachers who have a passion for kids and you can tell. Wovenlife is the best of the best, especially if you have one who needs a bit more help in some areas or is differently abled. They do in house speech and occupational therapy and milestone evaluations to make sure students get additional help if needed. My son and I are beyond blessed to have had the opportunity of being touched by the love of Wovenlife. Woven forever in our hearts, we miss this daycare tremendously. Onto our next chapter!

My son went here for 2 days. During that time he acted out and the director Jana failed to tell me until the third day. By this time I could not punish him for something that happened 3 days ago. Also he and his class were left unattended my son told me. Once I sent an email I found out it was so the teacher could see her child which was in another room. Unacceptable. Dave was very courteous and respectful about the situation, however Jana blamed me. Which I don't know how I have anything to do with her program.
