I'm sadden to even have to give this facility a 1 star. 10yrs ago my son attended this daycare, phenomenal! Everything was perfection. Fast forward my daughter has been there going on yr 2 an it's probably the worst mistake I could have ever done was putting her there. Legit the worst. I don't take her out now bc the school year is ending an it's more of the hassle to transition than to finish the yr an start fresh else where. Damn near everything is an inconvenience here. They give the calendars late for starters. Every week they have some early pick up bc of whatever issue comes up there. Literally will cancel school the night before 8pm an after with a text message! For days at a time, An say sry for the inconvenience, all bc of paperwork filed with the d.o.e wasn't returned on time to reopen. All this paperwork to keep up with there, you will never just have a full school week. Also before they would be open from 8am to 6pm, now it's from 830am to 330pm. Bc the daycare is in a NYCHA building whenever they shut off the heat or hot water for the building expect a phone call last minute either the school is closed or you have to pick up ur child bc they can't proceed with school bc of that. Literally any an every inconvenience you can think of this school has had. No way you can work an or attend school an think your child is good, bc your all day thinking at any moment they will call you to go an pick up your child for whatever reason. I'm so over this facility!! Cant wait till my daughter isboutbof there!! PAL should shut this site down an invest in other facilities. Bc this woodside location ain't itttttt!!!! I will never recommend this daycare facility to anyone ever again!!!! An hope if anyone sees this an thinks of this facility as an option for there child/en to attend here, be ready for your life to be turned upside down bc of the nonsense.
My son is student of PAL Woodside. All staffs are very good and very helpful. Teachers are very good and he learned first ABCs and 12s from this school. He learned many things from this school. They only think and focus every students. Their breakfast, lunch and snack are very fresh and healthy food. My son like his school very much. Even after his doctor appointments or dentist appointment, he want to go school not at home. I can only do is I can pray for every staffs to success every steps which you take, happy, live long and healthy. Thank you very much from bottom of my heart whole team of PAL Woodside.
My 3 year old daughter started studying there and they look very beautiful people. they are all very kind
