Beautiful church. We were there for a memorial service. The pastor did a phenomenal job. I liked the setup of the church, band and sound booth. We had a reception afterwards that was large enough to accommodate the gathering. If we lived in town, we would surely attend.
Very welcoming and supportive Christian community. The bible scriptured sermons are amazing and inspiring. Love singing hymns .. uplifting music.. Best Christian Church I've attended since moving here. So happy to have found this church. Amen
Wonderful place to host the Teller County Senior Expo and get the whole community involved.
I’ve been looking for a community feel church and this one is giving it on my visit last Sunday with my family. Bringing the pack this next Sunday!
Praise God for the wonderful church fellowship at Woodland Park Community Church. We are a family of 8, traveling from Maryland. It's our 1st cross-country family travel. My husband is from Colorado, and it's my first time here. I'm in Love. Testimony time: God divinely ordered our steps for our family to worship and study the Word of God with you today. 1stly, the worship song selection hit home. I love how God blesses us as we bless Him. Our 4 yr old was singing the Holy Forever song a few days ago, but she didn't know the words. I couldn't remember the words either ,but I knew that the song was powerful and that God wanted us to sing it. God orchestrated it so that we would worship with your church singing that song today. The Sermon: Oh boy did this message put a flame in my heart. I am absolutely Holy Spirit convicted about the lack of unity. Of course I'm also a Christian who is saddened by the lack of revival. The message pierced deep. I pray that I can carry this lesson for the rest of my earthly life. I believe the message of Unity is truly needed , especially in these days with the extreme political sides. I've noticed how the Church, myself included, is picking sides and focusing more on earthly matters than simply living a surrendered life of worship and faithfulness to God and sharing God's love with the dying and lost world. Praying with you for the Unity of all the churches of the believers of Jesus. Let us Unite and allow the Word of God and the Holy Spirit to do the convicting and the cleansing of the lost. Although I don't believe in supporting the progressive ideals of open to all walks of faith such as willful sinful living, I am brought to the truth about my judgements on the people who are still young in their faith , but may be turned away due to legalist Christian attitudes. I definitely need to focus more on Loving like Christ did. The church ought to be refreshing and life giving, not confrontational and judgemental. I am remembering that God called us to Love and share the Gospel, not to try to guilt and shame those who haven't had their hearts changed by the only One who can mold their hearts. So, thank you for welcoming us as guests traveling through. If you live in the area and need a church , this church is truly a blessing. The Bible is applied and taught here as any true Church following Jesus ought to be. The worship and praise was a blessing to participate in.
