This review is for management only!!! I accidentally reserved the spot at Wonders Extended Day at Horace Mann. Little did I know there are two Horace Mann Schools in two different states... I called them and explained the situation. I was told the refund check will be mailed to me. Of course, it was never mailed. Of course, neither of my emails were answered. And when I called their Assistant Controller and Family Accounts Manager today, I was told: "let me check, one second" and I was put on a forever hold. After 15 mins I gave up. I don't really care about the money, it's a lie and unprofessionalism that puts me off. What does that say about the business?
We LOVE the staff at Wonders. They are very attentive and caring to all the kiddos and we feel lucky to have them as a resource as working parents.
