My son has been at this daycare since he was a few months old. Hes four now, and we love the place. They've never been unkind to us in any way. All of the staff are great with the kids! My son refused to potty train and is way bigger than the kids his age so when he needed to move to the bigger kids class but wasnt potty trained his teacher took it upon herself to help him every day until he got it. Any time there's news or a closing they make sure they let us know so we dont miss it. The owner, Mr Tom, is always in his office, available to speak if needed. The director, miss candy, walks through the place all day long helping keep things cleaned up and helping with kids that might be having hard days. My son gets really cranky around 4pm so they are working with him at the end of the day, and one of his teachers, miss Angie, let me know that she sees how advanced he is and is trying to help him learn to regulate his body when he gets upset so that he has an easier time in school when he gets there. I literally can't say enough good things about this place! Absolutely life saving daycare!! I love them all!
This daycare has been a life saver! My son started at 6 weeks old, he’s 10 now. My daughter started at 3 months and she’s 5. They treat my children like their own, they love them and care for them. The owner, Tom, has been great. In the 10 years my kids have been there, we haven’t always seen eye to eye, but he respects me and my opinions. He’s never once made me feel like I wasn’t a good parent. I highly recommend this daycare, and actually have several people that I’ve sent there!
I have five children recently my two youngest children was at this daycare for three years. There’s always been weird stuff but here the past year it went to super weird. I’d be stuck in traffic. Show up three minutes late and have to pay $50 and they would give me a certain day to pay by a day or 2 or my kids couldn’t come back. My son was just five years old got to school age which I found out he lose his money(which is the owner) On school age kids. After all the years I was there, I went to pick my kids up on a Friday as a single mom and they told me that would be their last day. There didn’t give me no warning or anything. The director this past year, for some reason has been super high to the point of nodding out when I would walk in. My mother picked my children up one day and took a picture of her and me and my family was arguing for a few days over this. This daycare used to be my lifeline but when it comes to money, just understand if you take your children there that’s the only thing that comes first. There was days I wouldn’t take one of my kids, but only one of them and the government building showed me where they charged for both of my children. I’m not a picky parent if my kids act up I want whoever’s watching them to discipline them. I had to leave work altogether within those three years 17 times because they said One of my kids were too hyper! I’ve lost a lot of pay and work having to leave to pick up my kids for no reason because they don’t like when kids get too hyper. And also know that most of the kids and most of the classes are either the teachers kids or family. So if you’re not a part of that, I would highly suggest you look for a different Daycare. I never did anything to them people. They made a lot of money off of me. Write me if you wanna know of some other Daycare‘s cause I didn’t know any of them except them until now. you’ll be lucky if you get to even meet the owner let alone have a conversation with him the only time you’ll see him is when he’s coming in to make sure his money is right. Never had a conversation with this man except the time he’s disrespecting me for no reason because I didn’t sign my kid in right
My son learned so much there over the 5 months he was there. Like to wear long sleeves and pants to help protect himself from bites. Eventually he learned that biting was okay at the school and suddenly it was all our fault. After 3 weeks of trying to work with the teachers and management, all of whom lied to our face about things they would try but never did, the administrator gave us a paper saying that "after months of issues" if there wasnt any improvement he would get kicked out. Admin said it was the owner jumping the gun until the wife got to talk to the owner and the admins together, and suddenly everyone agreed it was a group decision. In that meeting the owner started yelling at my wife and seemed surprised when she called him out for it, like he wasnt used not being in control. After insisting he put his signature on documents if he is making the decisions, it seems he took being told what to do by a woman badly and we were told our son was not welcome after that week. In a full petty move, he of course did not sign it. 4 weeks between the issues starting and them kicking us out. Ironically, after they changed out the teachers our last week, there was suddenly improvement. It was like the problem was the teachers the whole time. Who would have guess it. With the amount of other options in the area, we deeply regret going with the cheaper options. Definitely a "get what you pay for" situation, but they the person who suffered was our child.
My 2 children has went there for almost 4 years and and the owner, which don’t have anything to do with anything at all in the building an old man! He gets paid by government assistance for two of my kids. He’s gotten paid multiple times when my kids wasn’t there and still was saying that they were there. After that many years, kick my two kids out of daycare because my little boy didn’t wipe his butt good enough, so a teacher had to help him. And my three year-old, which is a typical three year-old was being too hyper. The director sits at the front desk high most of the time I never noticed that till here recently. Walk in and her eyes is completely black. I thought this was the best daycare I’ve ever had my kids at for this long, but the owner is an old man that only cares about money. Do not recommend it.
