This place is horrible I would never let my child attend wonderful beginnings. More like a wonderful joke I went there this afternoon to pick up my child mind you this was my first impression of the direct staff in the front. One lady was very nice and sweet greeted me my saying “hi how are you”. But that Mrs.Marie needs an attitude adjustment and I was almost the one who gave it to her. She started off the conversation by saying “who are you and why are you here?” We are about to call Mrs.grigsby (my grandmother) and ask her why nobody called and said you were picking your child up. No daycare should tell me they have to call my grandmother and ask her anything about my child when I am the one who filled out all the paperwork for my child to attend this daycare in the first place. While in there picking up my child. I am also on all paperwork and handed this lady my passport for her to verify. I AM ON MY CHILDS PICK UP LIST so I do not understand the real problem at hand. I was also asked “do I have a chip on my shoulder?” I don’t know what is wrong with Mrs.Marie but I will be going to DSS in the morning and reporting this daycare and me and my ABC voucher and MY CHILD will be going else where.
My son personally attended this WONDERFUL facility as the name tells. They are patient with each kid and develops a fun positive learning environment for the kids to enjoy! The staff and the teachers are wonderful and full with joy and passion around the school. I would recommend Wonderful Beginnings to anyone who are actively looking for a safe environment for their children! The experience is wonderful! My children & I have felt welcomed from our first day here!!! The personality of the daycare matches the personality of each employee/teacher. Friendly, energetic, creative, compassionate & honest !!! My kiddos come home weekly with exciting stories about what they’ve learned and all the experiences they’ve enjoyed with their friends. The school provides excellent communication/pictures through their app & they care for each child individually & collectively. I’m so glad we found Wonderful Beginnings III
All four of my children have been going to wonderful beginning for 3 years going on 4. My kids love the daycare and staff. They learn and teach them what most centered don’t. The teachers are passionate for each of the kids. It’s a clean and kept facility. I’m a great location if you work in Summerville or North Charleston. They also do extra activities such as dance classes and recitals, Valentine’s Day and other things. I also will be sending my 9 month old as well when he turns one in September.
The teachers and staff at Wonderful Beginnings truly care about the well-being of each student. They definitely treat the kids like their own kids/siblings. I could not have asked for a better place to take care of and teach my children. I’m truly at peace when I’m at work and know my children are being well taken care of. I highly recommend Wonderful Beginnings to anyone looking for childcare services. They are more than just a childcare center, they are family!
