Unsafe sleep practices in baby room. Observed morning worker covering infant in crib with blanket over head and laying on stomach - when another parent addressed, the worker said it's the only way to get that baby to sleep. Just complacent. Little interest in doing their job well or safely. Did not seem trained in infant care or that they actually wanted to be there. Insufficient tracking on daily feed and sleep forms as well. Older caretaker for afternoon shift spent time watching tv on ipad/phone in rocking chair while having babies sit in bouncers lined up in front of them. Did not seem physically fit for the job. Every day when I picked up my baby she was doing the same thing. Overheard another classroom teacher yelling at child. Only there a few months before I pulled my kid once I found alternative. Would never go back.
