Wonder Window Childrens Center

I am a parent going through family law matters. They treated and continue to treat me poorly. Ms. Rachael is always unavailable and they do not answer my questions nor give me door code or key fob. When I paid half of the total bill they did not want to accept my money as my ex is currently using government assistance. Now that there has been some changes in court now they're trying to reach out to me and send me bills. My son has been attending for almost a year now (3 years 8 months) he cannot count to 10 he cannot say his ABCs I'm unaware of their curriculum or activities.

My son is moving on to kindergarten next year and we are so sad to leave Wonder Window. My daughter attended Wonder Window as a preschooler and my son has been attending since he was 2 years old. They both loved it. We loved it for them. The staff are so kind and patient towards the kids. My children were delicately and lovingly taught bible stories and lessons. Both grew to have a love for God that was nourished outside of church and home. In addition, they were academically educated and completely prepared for kindergarten. I cannot recommend Wonder Window enough as a solution to your daycare/preschool needs.

I had my daughter at this school and couldn't wait to take my son when I unexpectedly had another child several years later. I had some concerns off and on about the school being more of a daycare than a school, they do put on a lot of t.v./videos and my son did get sick a lot including a very bad case of Hand Foot & Mouth Disease over the summer which he's still recovering from after losing many of his fingernails and toenails. But even after all that I was still optimistic due to my meeting with "The Director" Monica Guiterez in June when I was told about their TK program taught by Ms. Joyce (no other teacher EVER mentioned)and over the summer my husband and I decided to go from Tues/Thurs to MWF which costs more but anything for our lil guys education, right? Well apparently there were some changes and the amazing teacher/program I was told about was no longer available for my son...the lack of communication is appalling and apparent. 1st... I was told by "The Director "sorry you should have came to me sooner like other parents did? I came in June...I was given info and told how amazing 1 teacher was...I didn't even know there was another pre K teacher by the way things were presented so why would I worry about getting a different teacher? 2nd I was told I didn't secure my spot with my registration...again I had NO IDEA of a new teacher or any changes and according to the paper I was given by "THE DIRECTOR " in June there was 1 teacher listed...not 1 and TBD...I was there Tues/Thur during the summer not once was I told about any changes or told I better hurry?! And even with all concerns on the table and info I'm told well to bad it's just the way it's gunna be? It's truly sad and now my son thinks he did something wrong because he cannot attend anymore. Follow up 4/29/2019...well we moved over to Readyland Pre-School and WOW!!!!! My son is ready for Kindergarten tomorrow if it was starting tomorrow?! I remember being so upset about what had happened and having to move schools but honestly it's the best thing that could have happened...from the day I called Readyland and spoke with The Director I felt a calm come over me. She told me about all their programs and she understood my concerns about my son being ready for Kindergarten since he is a 9/1 baby so he will be one of the youngest! I'm so happy to report that he is ready...after being at Readyland for a month he started writing his own name and I saw amazing changes daily! I wouldn't say Wonder Window is an awful school...they have very kind and hard working teachers. The incident I had was frustrating at the time but honestly I hold NO hard feelings and I believe everything in life happens for a reason? Whatever choice you make for your kids pre-school years I wish you the best of luck and God Bless!!!

Best daycare/pre-school I am very happy with all the wonderful staff and teachers at Wonder window you guys have been amazing and so kind to me & my son he really enjoys his time there and he always looks forward to going back to daycare. I fully recommend wonder window children center.

This saddens me, the school in the past was a 5 star school. I do remember your older child from years ago. I pray you found a good school. God Bless
