Winwood Children'S Center - Brambleton 2

We went from having our two daughters go from being with family to Winwood. We were nervous and anxious trusting our babies with someone we hadn’t known but the teachers, Director Ms. Tish and admin Ms. Sharadha gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. Their constant communication with us about the details of our children’s days, the community-outreach activities like Trunk-or-Treats, St. Jude’s Trickathon, and several other activities made us feel like family. The girls loved their teachers, we loved them too. They addressed all our concerns and helped us with the transitions through the different age groups from as early as the Twos classroom through the Pre-kindergarten group. I couldn’t recommend this school and group of people more.

Excellent child care!! The entire staff at this location is incredibly kind and helpful - and they absolutely show loving care to the children! We've had our kiddos at a few child cares around the area and Winwood is by far the BEST! Nothing but good things to say, especially for this location.

My family and I view Winwood as an extension of our family. We enrolled my first daughter in 2021 when the pandemic was still in full effect and we needed a daycare that could assure us of both her health and physical well-being. Winwood was there for us. We first had a virtual engagement with staff; and their warmth, friendliness and professionalism stood out for us. They went the extra length to make sure my daughter thrived. My second daughter will be graduating Winwood in the next few days (in 2024); and the fact is the warmth, friendliness and professionalism remains the same as in 2021. Staff are well-trained to provide more than academic enrichment. They are committed to ensure kids at Winwood thrive like their own children. From the depths of our hearts we want to say thank you for all you do.

My kids had lovely time there. Their teachers were so companionate and caring. Miss Sharadha and Tish worked with me every time I needed help regarding pickup time delays and fees. They provide nutritious food which even my picky kids ate so well. All the kids attending there were always well behaved and clean. Overall, the experience I had there was very positive, happy, supportive and inclusive. I would have stayed with them till my kids started Elementary school but we had to relocate. I highly recommend this Day Care!!

Our family has had a wonderful experience at Winwood (Redeemer Terrace location)! Today is our son's last day before beginning kindergarten next week. It's bittersweet, because although we're sad to be moving on, we also know that he could not be more prepared for elementary school! Ms. Nimisha, Ms. Lakshmi, Ms. Cheryl, Ms. Pooja and many others have put their heart and soul into our son's educational experience, and their passion for early childhood education is clear in how they teach and support their students. And it all starts at the top with Ms. Tish and the tone that she sets, retaining high quality staff, and maintaining enthusiasm and fresh ideas year after year! She has clearly found her calling as Center Director, and has made Winwood a utopia for staff and students alike. Thank you, Winwood! We'll never forget your love and support for our family in these critical years.
