What Parents Say
Wingate Baptist Church Day Care receives mixed reviews with strong praise from most parents who describe a welcoming environment with kind staff and positive experiences. However, a small number of parents report serious concerns including inadequate handling of a child with autism and allegations of discriminatory treatment.
The lack of positive reviews doesn’t do this place justice. As a mother and a former daycare worker, I can confidently say that this daycare is wonderful! The director and staff have been nothing but kind and welcoming. My children genuinely enjoy going here. The kids are well taken care of and are always having a great time. It’s clear that the staff gets along well and that the daycare prioritizes inclusivity, safety, and fun activities for the children. I truly wish I had taken the chance and contacted this place sooner, but the lack of reviews made me hesitant. If you’re considering this daycare, don’t let the absence of reviews deter you – it has been a fantastic experience for us!
My son went for one day. I know that’s not much to base your opinion off but when he came home and was smacking himself screaming no as I was folding laundry he never went back. (he is autistic and he mocks others words and actions often) also when I called to check on him mid day they said “ well he done stopped crying”
Great daycare with wonderful staff and Director. My daughter absolutely loves her teachers when she arrives on the bus from school.
I've held the highest respect for this place until my little sister was treated as an outcast and she has been going since she was born, what a disgrace to the name of God and the message Jesus gave his life to give... it's a lie and they don't follow the basic meaning of being a child of God and a Christian, if you do go to this church, expect to be discriminated against, talked down to, and treated as an outcast/devil's child.
My granddaughter attends here and the teachers are great.
