Just started taking my daughters here for swim lessons. One of them is 8 months and the other is 2. My older daughter wanted to play in the shallow water while we waited for class to start. I was completely unaware this was not allowed (no signage or anything blocking off the area), until an unbelievably rude lifeguard yelled and reprimanded us. Didn’t kindly inform us these were the rules, immediately became hostile and rude, literally YELLED at us even though we were about 5 feet away, and told us this area was only for class. The entire time we were there, I never saw a single class using the area. Of course my 2 year old then broke down in tears as I had to drag her out of the water, where NO ONE was even using the area. We then attended our class, and when it was time to leave, we went around the lazy river to get to the area where you can get out of the water more easily, as I was holding my infant. Another lifeguard made a beeline towards us, about to chew us out, until another lifeguard told her we’re “fine because we were just in class.” The class literally hadn’t even ended a full minute before this. We essentially just got harassed and felt as though we were walking on eggshells the entire time we were there. I saw another review calling the lifeguards here “16 year olds on power trips” and I cannot think of a more accurate description. I was about to complain to the front desk until I witnessed every other lifeguard behaving in the same manner, and figured it was a lost cause.

We visited here while in the area on vacation. Very nice facility. The kids loved the swimming pool and slide. The water was heated so it felt good getting in the main pool area. I didn’t go into the lap swim area so I’m not sure if it was heated. I enjoyed the hot tub. They have 2 large family changing rooms in addition to the usual women’s and men’s locker rooms. We walked around after swimming to see the rest of the facility. It appeared to be well maintained and very clean.

I just got a membership here, and I am happy with all of the options for classes and their amazing pool. However, like all of their classes are like first thing in the morning. So you have to choose which class you want to go to and you can't do more than one a day because they're always at the same time. The main reason I got a membership here was for the classes, so it really sucks that I have to prioritize one thing over another every day. Especially when my physical therapist told me I need to switch things up and be doing different workouts. Doing them back-to-back is definitely not an option. I need a break in between things, obviously. So, anyway, I just wish that they had the same classes that are offered every morning, just at different times during the day. For those of us who need to attend classes after 10am, or who would also like to attend more than one class per day.

Great place for a preschoolers birthday party! For 120$ we reserved the Buckeye/Redwood room for one hour, plus the preschool play gym for one hour. The party room had four rectangle tables with chairs, counter space, two sinks and large fridge with freezer. We had around 25 people and had plenty of space. At the end of the hour we had about 15 minutes before cleaning crew came in so definitely keep track of time and plan accordingly. The preschool gym was a large section portioned off complete with various things to include foam structures, hula hoops, tricycles, little tykes cars, basketballs and zig zag ride on cars. Most equipment was for younger kids, but there was plenty to keep the adults and older children entertained. Overall we had a great time as did our guests. Highly recommend it!

The Windsor rec center is not bad,the front desk staff is always nice and helpful when you are checking in, and I have never had a problem with them. My friend and I go almost twice a week, and we usually just play basketball and workout at the gym. Overall I have no problems with the rec center, and I’m glad Windsor families have access to it. The pool is also pretty enjoyable, with some nice lifeguards and staff also.
