If i could vote 0 I would. My kids went here for a 1.5years. I felt from the beginning that the owner and manager her had animosity toward me. My boys stayed there through this because most of the teachers appeared pleasant and good with my children. I finally removed my kids when I overheard the manager speaking negatively about me. When I brought this to the owners attention, she stated that the manager told her this happened and apologed to her(the owner). She then began trying to defended the manager by saying I might have "misunderstood" her and that "she was going through a hard time time". On top of this, the owner tried to justify/defend her actions by bring up how i forgot a blanket for nap time and extra clothes before... Speaking to this woman is like speaking to a bucket of water. As you can see by the negative reviews, she will just try and deny and not take any accountability.....weird behavior for a grown woman. These two would clearly treat my kids how they felt about me. They would frequently report about my kids having bad behaviors, but ever since they left a year ago, my kids have flourished. I also enjoy not being told how to parent and what water my kids should drink anymore. If you want quality care at a place that will respect you and treat your kids well, take them elsewhere. If you don't want to worry if your kids are being treated nicely by adults, take them elsewhere.

Yes, my daughter went to your school for two days and you sent her away because she wanted to play with a certain toy. Willow cove hurts me so bad that day. I needed time to put my review so you stop hurting parents. ...I had to run to pick up my daughter after your unforgettable and insulting call. I told a lot of moms about that story, get ready for more 0 stars.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. These people lost my child’s clothing and laid him down for a nap in a soaking wet swim suit while they changed all the other childrens clothes. They never called me to inform me that they lost his clothes. I only found out because my mother went to pick up my child from school early and found him laying down in soaking wet clothing. The director never called me to address the situation. A week went by and I finally ran into her, only for her to say that it wasn’t her or her staffs fault but that it was my sons fault for losing his clothes. Mind you, my son is 4 years old. Before that he comes home with a scratch on his face that’s starts on one side of his face and travels clear to the other side, but no one could inform me on what had happened. If you care about the safety and we’ll being of your child STAY AWAY!! They will never take responsibility for their actions. They will tell you they had no idea and that your 4 year is capable of taking care of themselves. BEWARE.

I had my child go here and i had to take him out because I noticed that they didn’t even clean there bottles. Just to make sure they where doing there job I saw my son’s bottle on top of the microwave just there and i was like I’m not going to say anything and see how long it takes them to clean his bottle. Well, 3 days passed and the bottle was still there so i did mention to them about this and i don’t know if they did clean it after but ever since i had to take my kids bottle home to clean it myself every time or bring in two. Who now’s if they really did clean it throughout the day. And one thing they should provide our kids with snack like a sandwich or something doing the afternoon for them to have something in there belly’s not just crackers and things like that. I mean for the money that one has to pay for them to take care of your child. So, I had to pack my child extra.

My daughter has been attending daycare since she was two years old. She recently started Pre-k this past October 2021. Since day one, Willowcove has been nothing but wonderful. From drop-off, the staff & teaching, my daughter has learned soo much since the beginning and I’m so glad we started her at daycare when we did. Hands down The BEST daycare around.
