I took my son here and on his first day and last day he came home with a face full of bruises and blood inside of his nose. He is not even two years old. Do not take your children here. I went in and asked the employee how she could let this happen and she rolled her eyes at me. They claim he woke up from his nap, tripped on his blanket and then fell. They have them sleeping on mats that are one inch off of the ground. This is completely and underly ridiculous. How could they expect me to really believe that my son got all of these bruises and a bloody nose just from tripping on his blanket so close to the ground? Then the employee Florliz Renteria rolls her eyes at me when I ask her how this happened. If you want your children safe do not take them here.
Wild Bout Kids was voted best childcare center in town for the 4th year in a row!!! Thank you Portales and surrounding areas for your love and support for almost 8 years!
I have two kids who go here. One to the after school center and the other to the younger center and they love it. They pick my kids up from school and I don't have to leave work. They are really nice.
