BE CAREFUL and protect your children at all costs. Do not take your kids to this place. Our child was there for just one month, and it has been heartbreaking to see the trauma they endured. Our child returned home multiple times with bruises, and when we asked what happened, she told us the cleaning lady hit her just because she didn't want to sleep. It’s devastating to think that a place meant to care for children could be so harmful. We only went there because the school recommended it, but it has proven to be nothing but a nightmare. The children are bullied, mistreated, and their mental health is being destroyed. If this happened during the day!!!! I wonder how much worse it is at night? I bet they are using a sleeping aid on them. We are now seeking professional help to heal our child's wounds—both physical and emotional. Please, protect your children from this place. Their safety and well-being are worth more than anything. Disrespectful and rude, no professionalism, it seems like they have never been educated. We should all file a complaint about this daycare and have it closed.

My daughter went for about a week (13 months old) and I do not recommend. Not enough staff for the capacity of children there. They say they give updates but you have to go in and ask for any updates and they weren’t feeding or changing my child. And when asked why they weren’t and just let her cry she said she didn’t know what to do with her. They gave my child another child’s pacifier. And this was my first experience with putting my child in daycare. I do not feel that that they can adequately care for anyone’s child.

Beware!!! They have nothing to do with kids care, just a name without any professional or expertise in the field. My child came back many times with bruises, one time she had a red mark on her lower eyelid and when asked her what happened, she said a child hit her with the pencil which almost poked her eye. When I questioned the teacher about it, rather than stating facts, she showed her toxic and manipulative attitude by saying my child doesnt listen to instructions. Things gotten worse later when I discovered a bruise on my child’s back and when asked about it, she said one of the people works there did pinch her because she didn’t wanna take a nap. Next day my child was able to identify the person who’s responsible and they assured me they will handle it.This is literally child abuse and the director promised to take serious action against the person who did that. Few days later, that staff member was still there and nothing was done, then I showed up few days later to pick up my child and been told the daycare will no longer accept my child due to her behavior. CPS and TEXAS HUMAN AND HEALTH COMMISSION will need to INVESTIGATE this facility ASAP. Corrupt and abusive environment!!

My toddlers have been going here since August, and this place has been nothing short of amazing. I am a single mom and have to be at work early in the mornings and this place has been a godsend. My 2 year old's talking has exploded since being here. They feed them really hearty, nutritious meals each day. All of the staff treats my babies like their own, with love and care, and I never ever feel like they aren't taken care of. The door is always locked, there are cameras too, so I know my kids are safe. I am so glad my kids go here, and would recommend this place to anyone considering putting their kids in daycare.

Two of my three children ages, five and four have been going to this center since March 2023. They both have had great experiences. The Director, Miss Vera, has been wonderful as well as the teachers, especially Ms. Mary and Ms. Dale. They are a very busy center, and I am grateful for their flexibility with my not always routine schedule, and that my children always have consistent friendly faces in their staff. Most of all, I am thankful my children are safe when they are at Whiz Kids.
