White Rabbit Preschool Academy Of Learning

My child has been here at WR preschool for over 6 months now and we love it. We're located in Raleigh but I work in Creedmoor so I decided to look for a daycare in the area and quite a few popped up but after meetings with all of the school that has availability we decided to go with WR. Everyone is very sweet and kind, and taking a great care of my child. Everything was pretty straightforward with tuition and time off and they’re always happy to accommodate or answer any questions I may have!

My son was a student at White Rabbit Preschool since he was 1 he is now 2. I was very happy with the facility until a month or so ago when it was reported that my son started having aggression issues. The director and I created a plan to get him back on track which was going well for a couple of weeks until a certain teacher came back, after being sent home twice in the same week I decided it was no longer the environment for him. They are now requiring me to pay the full daycare fees for the month of December even though he didn’t attend not even a full two weeks in Dec. This shows me he was just another head in the class and they have no compassion for the students or parents situation.

I grew up Creedmor, everyone is lovely. I have a 5 year old son, I brought him to this day care because I trusted them, one day I went to pick my son up and he was upset and triggered about something, he wouldn’t tell me why but something happened there to the point where he’s scared to sleep in the dark, if I was you I wouldn’t trust this day care, they don’t care about they’re employees, disrespecting them, talking bad about them behind they’re backs, the staff are so hard on the children & the admins scream in these poor kids faces, I’m no expert in child care but I work in a nursing home it’s basically the same thing from taking care of a senior to a child, they have the same needs since they’re not independent, it’s unbelievable and sad that these young kids have to grow up in a environment with people like them! Think twice before bringing your son or daughter to this place. I really don’t recommend this place.
