Exceptional Daycare with Amazing Staff and has truly been a blessing for our family. From the very first visit, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is absolutely incredible every single person is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the children. They take the time to get to know each child’s individual needs, making sure everyone feels special and understood. The facility itself is bright, clean, and full of engaging, age-appropriate activities that stimulate my child's curiosity and love for learning. The variety of activities they offer is fantastic, from arts and crafts to outdoor play, My kids have grown so much socially, emotionally, and academically since starting here. What sets Whales Snails and Puppy Dog Tails apart is their commitment to communication and partnership with parents. I receive daily updates and even little stories about what my kids did that day, which reassures me that they are not only safe but thriving. I always feel informed and involved in my child's daycare experience. I can't thank the team at Whales Snails and Puppy Dog Tails enough for the peace of mind they provide. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for them; they are passionate about creating a positive, loving, and enriching environment for every child. I wholeheartedly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their child will be loved, cared for, and inspired every day.
I absolutely LOVE this daycare center! We have been sending our kids here for 5 years, since my oldest was just 4 months old! The staff members are always super nice and the owners are honestly the best. My oldest just started kindergarten this year and is advanced in her class due to everything she learned at the daycare center. My kids always talk about how much fun they have there and I feel good knowing they are being well taken care of throughout the day.
We enrolled my child a couple of months after we moved to the area. This is his first daycare experience and it's been nothing but positive. Thanks to the help of the staff, he's potty trained, he's speaking better, and he's learning valuable socialization skills that he wouldn't otherwise have gotten being an only child. The staff, Bill and Judy are all friendly and personable and Bill even makes food from scratch for the kids and staff. I would definitely recommend sending your child here if you want to see them thrive.
We just started going here and my kids love going here. They’ve grown so much and they are learning to be more respectful. They love all the teachers, my oldest gets to go on field trips and he loves it. They also make yummy homemade food for the kids. We get a card every day when pick up to let us know how they r doing an I love seeing how they do and love hearing how there day went.
I did 2 tours of this school and by looks it’s wonderful! Bill is a really nice guy and has lots to share about his childcare. Judy was kind as well when I was in her office talking about what takes place and what the kids do and what’s required. My 3 year old is potty trained but still has a hard time wiping after pooping and I was told as long as I work with him it won’t be a problem. His second day I had to sign a paper saying he couldn’t dress himself and he took off his pants to go to the bathroom; and that he doesn’t want to lay down for nap time. I shared before he started he doesn’t do naps since he was 1. I was working with them fixing the dressing issue and within the first week it was resolved. It seemed like everyday was an issue. Week 2 came along and another note was givin that he pooped and tried to wipe himself and used a whole roll of toilet paper and he was flushing the toilet over and over to the point of flooding…. They told me they can’t wipe him out help put on pants in fear of a child coming home saying they were molested…. That same day I picked my child up and he sat in poop for 4 hours. On the paper it said he went around 1 and I picked him up at 5! They did refund me $500 out of the $1000 I gave them. Now we are at a different child care and they were baffled by the lack of care this childcare gives. They have never heard of a place who don’t help 3 year olds with bathroom training. I gave a 1 star because they are very clean and make a lot of home made foods.
