Both my boys have enjoyed their time here. The teachers have always been accommodating and welcoming to my children. I have always felt safe leaving my kids in their hands, and the Christian environment is a plus. As a working mom in medical, their hours fit my schedule perfectly, and they offer after-school, summer daycare programs, and holiday break daycare hours.

We have had all our 3 boys there for 14 years now from babies/toddlers -- daycare and summer camp. Directors and staff are always so nice, attentive, caring, organized, clean and accommodating. We cherish the years and look forward to some more. Rebecca and Samantha run the place great :) !!

I read some of the other reviews and my family has had a completely different experience. This Learning Center was recommended by a friend and I chose it because of its location, the price, operation times, and the staff. We sent all three of our kids there last year (infant, 3 y/o, and 4 y/o) and they loved it. In fact my 4 y/o would pout if he was picked up early because he wanted to play with friends. In my experience, the staff communicates effectively. They always call and if they can’t reach me they call my husband. They are also thoughtful. When my daughter transitioned to a different class her teacher gave her a gift and when my kids were out due to illness they still received seasonal gifts and pictures from friends. Every morning my kids are greeted and the drop off/ pick up isn’t difficult. I have unfortunately had terrible experiences at other Learning Centers (my daughter was physically abused) and our experience here has been nothing but positive and completely different.

My daughter has attended WHLC since she was 1, she’s now 5 & getting ready to start kinder. Our family is so thankful for the WHLC staff for all they’ve done for our daughter. From potty training (early), teaching her social and development skills and especially growing her faith in Christ. The summer program was especially wonderful, all the fun activities they planned for her class made it exciting & our daughter always looked forward to going. We can’t thank this daycare enough. THANK YOU THANK YOU! This learning center is HIGHLY recommended.

I am appalled at the director here, Ms. Darla. I can’t even begin to tell you how rude and unprofessional she is! My kid is 5 years old and has been going to this daycare for almost a year. She got in trouble TWICE and they kicked her out! After discussing with her that she was diagnosed ADHD, she seemed to just shrug it off and say “we can’t have her here any longer for safety reasons.” Mind you my child is FIVE. She was not hurting anyone simply having an outburst because a teacher upset her (which is completely normal for a FIVE year old). When I told Darla that I felt my kid was not receiving support, she said “we tried lots of things” which I find hard to believe as she couldn’t provide examples. Then when we discussed her coming back next year I was told “oh absolutely we could try again once you STRAIGHTEN HER OUT” this had my jaw on the floor! Who says that about a CHILD?! What kind of professional ADULT speaks like that regarding a child with an active behavioral diagnosis?! I wish I had known earlier how many people had issues with this facility but if you can find somewhere else for your child to go…PLEASE do that!
