West Redding Preschool

Teacher Shelly is incredibly unprofessional and a bully to children including families. I personally have reported her to administration 3-4 different times regarding her conduct towards my child. She has made fun of my child's stutter to other children, which was reported to me from one of the other children. She became aggressive and confrontational with my child, not with us the parents about a certain protocol at drop off being done. What sense does it make to approach a child about a step missed by an adult? She has continued to make my child feel unwelcome and uncomfortable which leads to recently last week when my husband approached her about my child's electronic device and that if there was ever an issue, we would fully support it being taken away. Teacher Shelly was incredibly rude to my husband and clearly because she harbors resent for the times she was reported to management. I know for a fact, we are not the only family that has reported this teacher for her conduct. There are good teachers here but I am incredibly displeased by how this has handled and how this staff member has been allowed to act.

My son has being going here for 2 years. It is great. A few months ago they changed the teachers in the twos class. I was worried at first but what a wonderful change. My son can be a challenge and the staff has been fabulous. They always let me know how his day has gone. I love that they teach zoo phonics. We love it here and wouldn't go any place else.

West redding preschool is amazing, especially the toddler room. I have a very strong headed, shy daughter.. I needed to go back to work and it was getting near impossible to find a place fitting for our needs. I went to 4 different schools and took my daughter to see if they were fit for us.. and nothing, I was super disappointed. Then - by luck, I found wets redding preschool. And as soon as my daughter met Suzanne (a toddler room teacher) she was so outgoing and happy.. I was so shocked.. the school helped me in this new transition and with my daughter to grow and socialize more. Special shouts to this school, the toddler room and a special thanks to Suzanne for always being so welcoming, understanding, and sweet. 10/10 recommend this school

My daughter has been going here for about six months and Suzanne and Nikki and the girls in room One are amazing. They’re very inviting. They play good Christian music. My daughter has really been talking a lot more since attending great school.

There aren't enough words to explain how wonderful West Redding Preschool is! My son started going at 6 weeks old and is now 2, and every single teacher I've come across has been nothing but wonderful. They are patient, caring, nurturing, knowledgeable, loving, encouraging, fun, and overall AMAZING. They interact with the children whether it be with arts and crafts, reading time, or just getting on the floor and playing. I cannot say enough about how much I love EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON a part of this preschool.
