I wanted to share some wonderful details about this church. I have been acquainted with West Orlando Baptist Church for about 6 years now. First, Pastor Kenric Barnett is an exemplary leader and friend. I don't attend the church, officially, but it is one of those churches that I love to visit every so often, always greeted with warmth and familiarity. On this recent occasion, I came to attend a matinee of their production for Christmas. It was astounding! If you were looking for something for that vintage feel of days gone past, the show will evoke all of those special memories. The music was lush and nostalgic, the costuming was superb, and the sets were amazing! However, the most endearing part of the show what's the story, written by one of the members of the church, and its presentation by over a hundred passionate and committed members of the church. I felt my soul relax as it wandered through their story which reverently gave Jesus his preeminence in the small, 1930's, town of Kingstown. I highly encourage a visit to this church to experience this program during Sunday morning service time, December 14th, it will definitely set your heart right for the season. Many accolades go to the church members who brought the story to life!
West Orlando is a remarkable church with a tremendous love for their community and the Lord. The Pastor was very friendly towards the congregation. We very much enjoyed our time here.
Talk about welcoming! Everyone here at this church is so friendly and cordial. I've only been twice so far for the Sunday night evening service but I am loving the vibe and will definitely be back.

I've been looking for a church to go to and I'm pretty confident this is it. It was my first time attending and I really felt the love in there. Everyone was very sweet and they had an awesome choir. The sermon was top-notch and it was refreshing to see the truth. I look forward to coming again.
