A staff member had been grabbing my 3-year-old daughter by the face. My daughter's doctor said this has affected her speech development. I was not informed of the incident by anyone until a week later. Not allotting time to have the situation documented. The director at the time hid the situation. The owner of the facility apologized and promised corrective action would be taken then she just stopped contact with me instead. I am disappointed in the failure to provide a safe place for children. From one mother to the next be careful who you leave your children with. People can act a certain way in person but when the doors close you can't know what goes on.
Went here when I was younger. Great memories and loved it.
