I had an out patient procedure. All staff nurses doctors we phenomenal. I was treated like a queen explained everything felt like my health was first loved everyone. From the person who called my name to go into pre op to the girls who wheeled me out. Dr Puckett is phenomenal. Women you are seen and heard and this facility

The service today at this Baptist facility (West Kendall) was really good. From my arrival at 5:15 a.m., there was staff ready to help. The registration process was smooth, and then I was greeted by the medical team. The nurses were very kind. Everyone involved in my procedure (gallbladder removal) introduced themselves and explained their role and what to expect. Great job, Baptist! You are truly making a difference in patient care.

The nurse IRENE and doctor KOBILIS( sorry about the caps for both just want to make them stand out) took amazing care of one of the women I care most about in this world. They took amazing care of her and listened to her and treated her needs! Their bedside manner was amazing and really helped make her feel very comfortable. This is an amazing ER.

We recently brought our one month old daughter Alessia to the emergency room when she had the flu, and we were fortunate enough to be treated by a doctor whose level of care truly stood out. Dr. Omer Nasiroglu and the emergency room team. From the moment he saw her, he was kind, attentive, and deeply compassionate, not just toward Alessia, but toward us as worried parents. What made the experience especially meaningful was how human he was in his approach. He didn’t just treat her and move on; he genuinely cared about her recovery. He even gave us his phone number so we could keep him updated and so he could make sure she was doing better. It is incredibly rare to find a doctor who shows this level of empathy, dedication, and love for their profession. In a stressful and emotional moment, his presence brought us reassurance and comfort. We are beyond grateful for the care he provided and will never forget the impact he had on our family during such a difficult time.

The check-in booth at the front was not properly managed because there was a training being taught how to check in the patient. There was a long line. We have to wait quite a bit you’ve gotten checked in and sent to the registration department at this point. It became a beautiful experience every single person in that department was wonderful. Kudos to Carlos and the young lady. They’re also which is her name escapes me from there. I was taken to the MRI department and which the tech was absolutely wonderful kind knowledgeable, and I have no problem in telling every single person that I know that they should have.
