WesCare Center for Children is truly a blessing for families in Troy, NC. Both of my sons attended WesCare until they were school-aged, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff treated our boys as if they were their own, showing them love, patience, and genuine care every single day. Their Pre-K program is exceptional—our kids left more than prepared for kindergarten and ahead of the curve academically and socially. WesCare’s Christian-based environment provided a strong foundation not only in learning but in character as well. I’m incredibly grateful for the impact WesCare has had on our family. My daughter has been at Wescare since she was 8 weeks old, and I can confidently say that they’ve been nothing short of amazing! Ms. Tracy is an absolute sweetheart and treats these babies like they are her own. As a new parent, I was worried about sending my baby to daycare when I went back to work, and Ms.Tracy could tell! My daughter took to her very quickly, and Ms.Tracy kept me in the loop with updates during the day. Now my daughter loves getting to play with her friends all day, and I can rest easy knowing she’s loved and cared for! It’s been heartwarming to see the teachers invest so much time and love into our little ones too. My husband and I both went to Wescare growing up and were grateful they’re around for our daughter now.
I am absolutely disgusted with the way this daycare operates. My daughter has been turned away multiple times at drop-off because they claim they’re “at ratio,” yet I still have to pay full price every single week with no refund, no credit, and no explanation. This is completely unacceptable and beyond unprofessional. There has been no director for months, constant staff shortages, and zero communication with parents. Every time it happens, I’m left scrambling last minute trying to find someone to watch my child so I don’t miss work. Parents deserve reliability and accountability — not repeated excuses. If you value consistency, honesty, or basic professionalism, do not trust this daycare with your child. I’ve had enough of being ignored and taken advantage of, and I will be reporting them to the NC Division of Child Development and the Attorney General’s Office for investigation.
My son has been going here for over 1 year, started with Mrs. Jazmin who was wonderful then went to Mrs. Lisa she was great. We love Mrs Serena and Mrs Tammy :) great safe place!
Wonderfol place. My kids went there. It's the best. Nice friendly staff. The kids safety is number one.
