My 2 girls have been at Wellspring for 3 years now. The oldest has moved on to Kindergarten but still goes on school break and loves it. My youngest has Downs Syndrome and all of the teachers and staff have given her lots of extra care and attention that she has needed. Her development really took off once we put her in here and she loves her classmates and teachers. It gives me peace of mind to know my girls are well taken care of in a loving, Christian environment. I have recommended this school to several friends and will continue to do so.
Wellspring is a great academy for your kids. I had a infant child 3 months so I was really concerned about putting her in daycare. The infant daycare teachers there are fantastic. Ms. Maria did a great job potty training my 2 year old at the time. The director Tiffany is fabulous. She truly cares about the kids and does a great job managing the facility. They have frequent events for the parents to come out. My now 1 year old and 3 year old girls loved it. I highly recommend it to everyone.
My kids have attended Wellspring for 3.5 years and have enjoyed going here. Yes there has been a concern about the turnover rate for the past year but I can see where improvements have been made. I rated it a 3 as there's still improvements to be made. Both of my kids are verbal so if they've been mistreated in any way, I'd know about it. My 4 yr old comes home every day with lessons that she's learned. They have chapel time because the center is faith-based. The teachers seem to be very dedicated & know that they are not babysitters but teachers. The director has only been there a couple of months but she's easily approachable & tries to meet concerns. The student-teacher ratio is relatively low, which I like because the teacher is not stretched & able to keep the class engaged in activities. My son is in the before/ after school class, he has Autism & I think the staff has done a great job with getting to know him & helping him to better socialize with peers.
both my daughters attended/ attend here and i am happy with the service. Safety was my biggest concern when searching for childcare. The environment is safe and very transparent. It is easy to see in each classroom from the center of the building, which makes me feel comfortable. Both my girls have learned a TON as far as knowledge, manners, and behavior. My one complaint: high turnover. The children get attached to their teacher and then are constantly switched around. I came back to edit my review, about a year later. My child is now in pre-K and because of her age, went through the kindergarten club to prep her. She is 4 and can write her own (long!) name, she identifies all letters, and loves to learn. Her teacher Mrs.Chambers is fantastic and loves these kids. She watches over the kids and nurtures them as if they were her own. She has made the past year a great one. Now, because we are moving, I have to find a new place to take my child. We will miss wellspring and would recommend it over all the fancy places that are coming up in the area.
My daughter loves her teachers and I feel so comfortable leaving her in their care. You can really tell they care for their students. I work close by so I pop in unannounced from time to time. Not ONCE have I ever seen my daughter agitated, crying, upset, neglected or anything. When I peek around the corner, she is usually engaged with her own fun activity or interacting with her teachers and other friends. Such a relief to know she is being left is great hands!
