We have had a wonderful experience with this Spanish immersion preschool. My son started attending when he was 2 years old, and since then he has learned so much—not only Spanish, but also important social skills and independence. He has grown more confident and truly enjoys going to school every day. The teachers are caring, patient, and dedicated, and my son absolutely loves them. I also really appreciate that the program supports parents as well by sharing helpful guidance and strategies we can use at home. We feel very supported as a family and are grateful to be part of this school. Highly recommend!
We have known Welcome Amigos School for over 5 years now. We have been really happy with the education and care that they provided to our two kids. They both did not speak any Spanish before starting, which was not a problem for them to learn, have fun and thrive. The teachers are amazing and care a lot about the kids. They helped us with potty training which was super helpful! There are lots of activities organized for the kids and for which parents are often invited (particularly shows done by the kids). We also found that the teachers provide great educational foundations for the kids so they can be well prepared to start kindergarten. In addition, very helpful for working parents who can not take days off easily, Welcome Amigos offers camps at different times of the year. We know it is one of the priciest options around but it is worth it. We highly recommend Welcome Amigos as a preschool!
Welcome Amigos is a terrific preschool! The maestras truly care about each child and their development and growth. While the classes are set by age, children stay with the same class all year and the children also have some Montessori-style learning with mixed-age groups. The school is very supportive for potty-training and our 19-month-old asks to go to the potty because she sees it at preschool! Great education in both the Spanish language and culture. Highly recommended!
Our son has been at Welcome Amigos for almost 2 years now and loves it. He’s made great friends and it’s clear how much the teachers care about the children, and how enthusiastic they are about teaching. Welcome Amigos is full Spanish immersion and our son has gone from zero to fluent in his time there. He comes home often with new creative art projects, and always surprises us with new things he’s learned. There are part day and full day options and winter/spring break camps which is helpful for covering childcare gaps. Highly recommend!
Our daughter has been in preschool at Welcome Amigos for over a year. We have delighted in her near native fluency in Spanish that was in no short part due to the loving maestras that surround her. We love the wonderful children and families that are drawn to the school, leading to an engaging experience for our daughter and us. We cannot recommend Welcome Amigos enough.
