What Parents Say
WeeTeach Academy has highly polarized reviews, with most parents praising the caring staff and family-like environment, while a significant minority report serious safety concerns including alleged physical abuse by staff, delayed incident reporting, and lack of transparency. The facility appears to have strong staff-parent relationships but faces credibility issues around child safety protocols and management accountability.
Hands down most caring and loving staff. Ms Stacy is the glue to the place. I have worked with her for years and she takes on these children as her own. She has always worked out any problems or issues that have ever come up. She is very professional and cares so deeply for all children she especially cares for special needs children. I would recommend WeeTeach to anyone that needs child care. Ms Stacy and her crew are simply the best!!!
THE STAFF. Hands down some of the most caring and most loving women you can have the privilege to encounter. My daughter has been going here for almost a year. Drop off and pick up are my favorite parts of the day. When you see each other every day over time you become like family. I love the way they work with any problem that arises. God has really blessed our community bringing each and every person in this building together to love on our babies the way they do. Thank you all for your commitment to give the best care to our babies, I appreciate you all!
ive debated on making this post, but when i drove by that “daycare” today and seen all the cars of the parents picking their kids up i wondered if the truly had any idea of what kind of establishment they was trusting their kids in. i’m not wanting to slander any names in specific but i am speaking on our family’s time while our son was at wee teach academy. i could go on in every little detail that never quite added up and always made me question them while our son was enrolled there but it’d honestly take a good 1 or 2 hour sit down conversation. this past thursday on june 20th i went to pick our son up from daycare, i went in checked him out and walked back to his class to get him. when i walked back out i was approached by a male teacher at his school informing me another parent at the daycare was accusing him of hitting my son that she watched it happen. followed by him informing me about him being on probation and how that could potentially put him in jail or loose his job. i was stunned and didn’t know what to say so i walked up front and asked the director if we could speak, she told me no that it was not a good time. since she wouldn’t speak to me i had walker county come to the daycare. come to find out this incident occurred on monday june 17th. i wasn’t informed that my child had possibly been hit by a teacher until FOUR DAYS after the incident occurred. the teacher again denied to the officer to hitting my son, but the director informed the officer he was wrote up for the incident, what was also written in the police report per the accused teacher was that my child was refusing to listen and “that particular child NEVER listens” he again denied hitting my child. the officer and i both asked to see camera footage and was denied that because the director said the tapes lapse over after so many days… but four days and it washes over? doesn’t add up to me honestly. the accused teacher also has a very lengthy background repeat that i’ve come across and one of the charges he has is child endangerment?! out of all of his charges that one charge alone should not allow someone to work at a daycare with kids, toddlers, and BABIES🥺 i could go on and on about the wild stories i’ve heard from currently employees to past employees, but im going to let the law do their job on that. my job i know i need to do is inform other parents of the things that this daycare has tried to cover up. they weren’t going to tell me about the teacher being accused of hitting my child until the parent who witnessed made it known either they would or she would. they didn’t get the law or state involved , but i did and i will not stay quite. we have to protect all babies any way we can. and wee teach academy failed my son.
Today, I had a meeting with the owners and a teacher where I was trying to address concerns I had about my sons safety. One teacher who yelled at me a couple of weeks ago was gaslighting me and calling me a liar when I was just telling them what she did in front of the owners nothing was done about it. After having two meetings with the higher ups nothing has been resolved I had to tell them one day that none of the kids in diapers had been changed causing the whole class to be changed for the first time all day. I would not recommend putting your children in there if you want to know what is going on because they never update the app to tell you. Another issue I had was my son being hit and bit without having anyone tell me anything I had to find it out from my 3 year old son. The teachers knew about it because of their reactions when I brought the issue up to the owner completely unacceptable behavior
Dropped my 3 year old off for the first time today. Was not impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. There were drawings on the restroom doors, scuff and dirty marks on the walls, the windows were dingy. Makes me concerned over the sanitation of other things the kids come into contact with daily. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions though. Would love to update the review after a while.
