We all know childcare with two working parents is very stressful even in the best of situations, and Weekday Ministries takes the cake with their bad faith enrollment process. We have had children attend Creative Minds, Seton Center, Goddard School, and Ave Maria, but Weekday Ministries is by far the worst childcare place we have dealt with. We had some very misleading and horrible communication from the center director (like a lost deposit check, lost email "due to email issues around that time"), plus we toured here a few times and each time the place got dumpier and dumpier (last tour presented plastic storage bins collecting leaking roof water inside the hallway). With all things aside, we knew the stress of daycare and knew we had to be on childcare lists ASAP when we were expecting a baby. I had been in touch with Samantha about a re-tour to enroll our 9-month old after placing a deposit in the fall of 2024. When we got to the center to do the tour, the lady who gave us the actual tour never gave us her name and I thought it was Samantha, BUT it was the assistant director. Samantha had crossed paths with us while she was helping in the infant room, but she never even introduced herself--that's the center director? Then, we decided to delay enrollment to be in the young toddler room and now they are saying we forfeit our deposit/hold fee that's only supposed to be for the infant room, when our kiddo wasn't ever going to be in that room. They never tried to tell us the ramifications of the hold fee after we suggested a start in another room and they don't even know what their handbook says regarding that hold fee (it's for infants only). We had signed everything at least a year before and they never even cared to point out their inconsistent and unclear policies again when enrollment was available the following year. It's like they purposefully withheld that information. This place has absolutely horrible business practices and misleading information when they're supposed to actually care for the kids and their families. We are so thankful we never actually had to send one of our children here. Please beware and seek other childcare opportunities!

My daughter has been going to Weekday Ministries for a few weeks now and has been loving it. Her last daycare she cried every morning at drop off and every afternoon at pick up and we are not seeing that here. She is so excited to go to school, her teachers are wonderful and the director is very knowledgable. We are very happy that we made the switch over!
