Wee Wisdom is a 5 star operation. Care givers and teachers are professional and attentive to the children. It has it all: Super clean, colorfully and neatly decorated, well stocked with appropriate age and learning level materials, program extras such as a STEM lab, new playground equipment, plenty of outdoor space for outdoor activities, a pool for summer a outdoor activities. Communication with families includes newsletters, full online site for families and messages are promptly answered, My grandson attends two programs at Wee Wisdom. Both prepare him for the academics and socializing skills he needs for kindergarten and the real world. Can’t say enough about them. Saw a bad review online and was shocked and had to counter it. Go take a tour and see for yourself.

My child went here in 2021. During the high rise of the COVID pandemic. The only thing nice I can say about Wee Wisdom is the facility is clean. My dislikes: I was asked to leave work to check on my child if he had the smallest of injuries. Many times. For example, a small bump on the head. My child was not allowed to attend Wee Wisdom for a runny nose, even though he was cleared by a doctor to return. BUT they still wanted to charge me for him being there. I work in healthcare. I was pulled from a patients room to take a call from Wee Wisdom. They called my work to confirm if my child would attend school during spring break. They also texted me 10 minutes prior but felt they couldn’t wait for me to respond to a non urgent matter. I paid for my child to have swim lessons. When I decided to remove my child from their care, I requested the swim lesson fee be refunded. The lessons had not started, nor had their pool been filled with water. I was told the fee was “non refundable”. Angie, the head teacher, never had anything nice to say about my child. When I picked him up at the end of the day, I never got to hear anything positive, only negative. When I spoke with Denise, the owner of Wee Wisdom, about my complaints and concerns, she blamed it all on my postpartum hormones and took zero blame. I am aware that other families have had a good experience with Wee Wisdom. This review reflects MY experience, and the troubles I had with Wee Wisdom. I will add that I had zero issues with my child’s prior daycare (we switched due to a move) nor did I have issues with the daycare we switched to after. In fact, my daughter goes there now.
