What Parents Say
Wee Ones Inc receives highly polarized reviews. Positive reviews praise the caring staff, individual attention, and child development, while negative reviews cite serious concerns including staff misconduct, poor supervision, financial impropriety, and a revoked certificate of compliance from the PA Department of Human Services.
My daughter is nine months old and she has been in this day care since January. It's a family daycare. Small and cozy. My daughter is excited to see her teachers in the morning and comes home happy everyday. I get a daily report of her feeds, naps and diapers, and even the activities they do with her like tummy time and walker/jumper activities. They've shown me videos of her making friends and playing with other babies. She started clapping which I've never taught her so she had to have picked it up from there. Any time I've asked the teachers to do something for her they've done it without ever arguing. I can't recommend this place more. And Sam is an amazing caregiver. She loves my daughter and my daughter loves her. Don't pay attention to bitter reviews from bitter mommies. I am a first time Mom and was nervous about any daycare. I am happy I went with this one.
I've had the pleasure of watching the staff at Wee Ones interact with my 1 year old, 2 year old, 9 year old and 12 year old. They are kind, loving people and my children absolutely adores them. I would refer my family members here because I believe they have a real genuine love for children. They were able to get my one year old who does not open up to other people smiling, laughing and playing!
We were looking for a local daycare center to care for our infant and we came across Wee Ones. Here goes an itemized list of the conditions/level of care: 1. No educational programs in place 2. No developmental infant/preschool programs 3. More than one occasion (everyday) our child sat in front of a television along with the other children ranging from ages 1-10 years old 4. Staffing: high turnover, nepotism, unqualified 5. Environment was cluttered coupled with outdated decorations and supplies 6. Communication methods were inefficient (posted notices on exterior doors to convey messages to families) 7. Child to adult ratio is insane 8. No order in children behavior or activities On top of all of that (which is enough to rule out this daycare); nepotistic hiring policies bred a culture of disfunction and out right corruption. The recently removed manager fabricated a grant/scholarship program in order to collect cash from private pay parents to put it in her own pocket. A letter was sent to our home on Jan 30th 2018 from the PA Dept of Human Services whom has revoked Wee Ones Inc. certificate of compliance based on several violations. Highly reccomend you to stay away.
The place is horrible... they all need a drug test done.I’ve seen one of the ladies that work there out side shooting up drugs in her arm. I would never send my children there again let alone an animal. They need to be shut down. They all take cigarette breaks then go right back to working wit your child. How rude and inconsiderate. Then one lady that works there will text you every week asking for extra money in order for your child to participant then will take your money and you won’t hear nothing else. The place is a SCAM stay away. Will take your money and never teach your child a thing.
AVOID THIS DAYCARE !!! Run away if you love your kids!! This family owned daycare dont give a dam about kids.Dan and his gf Sam has been yelling and spitting on kids as a type of punishment mostly on babies that can’t talk!! Im pressing charges
