I am so grateful for the care and love my son receives at this daycare. From day one, the staff has been patient, attentive, and truly invested in his growth and well-being. Ms. Mandy and Ms. Cathy create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where my son can learn, play, and thrive. I appreciate the clear communication, daily updates, and the way they treat each him like family. It gives me peace of mind knowing my son is cared for by people who genuinely love what they do.

I am responding because I see how the owner just commented on my husband's post from a year ago with false information. Let's be clear, we always paid in advance for our son's care. When I discussed with Nikki that things were not going well, and I wished to withdraw him, her response was "if that's where you're at, we're good!" When I inquired about the refund since we had already paid for the coming week, she advised I would receive a refund. When Kim arrived she advised although we paid a week in advance we would not receive a refund. I advised Nikki to tell Kim that she needs to honor what her employee originally told me. I advised I wanted to speak with Kim in person. Since she did not want to meet in person, she issued us a refund....as far as you claiming you made multiple attempts to reach me, that is a lie and not one time have your daycare ever called me and I didnt answer or respond promptly. All in all, this daycare, that I thought was a Christian daycare that had an employee storming out and cursing in front or my child, was the worst daycare we have encountered thus far and I am grateful for the transition.

Update 12/16/25 I find it extremely concerning that it took over a year for your center to respond to my review. That delay alone speaks volumes about the lack of integrity, accountability, and genuine concern for the situation my family experienced. Both my wife and I have Kim’s number saved in our phones and can provide proof of the multiple attempts we made to contact her, contrary to your claim that you were unable to reach us. Your statement that we “finally came by and then decided to remove our child” is simply untrue. The decision had already been made for us before I arrived that day, as evidenced by the refund check that was already prepared for the remainder of the week. We never returned to your center after that day and never will. Your explanation does not add up. A refund check would not have been ready for pickup without prior discussion, especially if, as you claim, Kim was unavailable and occupied with other children. The day I originally left my review was the final day our child was ever in your care. To suggest otherwise is inaccurate and misleading. I also find it telling that your response fails to address the actual reason we chose to remove our child from your center in the first place. That omission further reinforces our loss of trust in your system and how concerns are handled. I stand firmly behind the review I posted a year ago. Our experience left us with no confidence in your operations, communication, or accountability. As a parent, trust is non-negotiable, and once it was broken, it was impossible to restore. For these reasons, I would not recommend your services to anyone. "Kim, I urge you to review your cameras and see which employee asked me to wait for you. The false information texted to my wife, claiming I refused to wait, was the breaking point. I was prepared to discuss my son’s situation, but instead, we were told you’d just refund us. Frankly, the $128 refund was not the issue—I wanted to address my son’s claim that he was pinched, which led him to react. When my wife inquired about withdrawing him, your staff didn’t hesitate to process the refund for the rest of the week, without asking why. Did you inquire about the reason, or was one already assumed? The lack of concern and care was evident. I don’t regret removing my son from this environment, but I hope you can work on improving customer service so that future parents don’t feel dismissed or unimportant when issues arise." Updated 12/29/25 At the time this situation involving my child occurred, a direct and timely conversation would have been greatly appreciated. We shared our experience and moved on, our recent response was only to address the inaccurate claim that either my wife or I were contacted multiple times by phone or text and failed to respond. That statement is completely false. When we inquired about removing our child, not a single employee asked what led us to that decision. There was no effort to understand our concerns, no questions asked, and no indication that anyone cared to have a meaningful conversation. It felt as though the decision was either already assumed or the conversation was intentionally avoided. At this point, a conversation would not resolve anything. We were left with a negative experience and felt unappreciated and unheard. Posting a review was our last resort to be acknowledged, as no one took the time to ask the right questions or show concern. There was no attempt to understand what happened, why we felt the way we did, or whether anything could have been done to retain us. Instead, we felt pushed out, with our concerns left unanswered.

My son has gone to Wee Care 2 since he was 10 weeks old (he is now 4). Not once have I had to worry whether he was getting the attention he needed or if he was being taken care of. The employees at this daycare have become my son’s second family. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the women as this facility are.
