I am not one to ever leave reviews but I hope this helps a parent decide whether or not to enroll their child into this daycare. I enrolled my 8 month old son and 22 month old daughter. I sent them for two days. They refused to give my daughter (not even 2 yet) her pacifier, even for nap time, although I told them to give it to her for nap time. They completely disregarded me when I brought it up as a concern. They want you to buzz in and just give them your children at the front door, not allowing you to walk your children to or from class. On day two, an employee pulled my daughter up off of the floor by one arm because she did not want to go inside and she had my son on her hip due to the fact that they want to be the ones to take them to their rooms. When things were all said and done, the owner would not allow me to get my sons things. I had to send someone else to get them and then she threatened to call the police for me sending someone to get MY SONS belongings. Whew. Just don’t make the same mistake I did. If you are questioning this place, go with your gut and do your research. I would actually give zero stars if it was an option.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE! The environment was very in welcoming or child friendly. The staff there is not professional at all. I would rather send my child somewhere where the staff is loving and will ensure the safety of my child.
0/10 recommend. Whatever you do, don’t send your child here. Very unprofessional and nasty attitudes. Don’t trust a daycare where you can’t walk your child to their classroom!
The center is great, my babies love everyone and have grown up there!! They are the best in Jackson! 😊
