Highly Recommend Kassidy Boliek from Wee care for kids ! She awesome! Office staff are nice ! They do have a very strict no call no show policy. However, they always have a reminder CALL ahead of time. So typically you have PLENTY of time to call ahead and cancel! This office always has same day sick appt. Best part they are open EARLY!
We absolutely love this pediatrician’s office. Our nurse practitioner, Kassidy, is truly the best! She’s so sweet, patient, and takes her time with us at every visit. You can tell she genuinely cares. One thing I really appreciate about this office is how organized they are. If my appointment is at 9:00 AM, I’m being seen at 9:00 AM. No long waits, no sitting around with a baby forever, it’s honestly such a relief. They’re also super understanding when it comes to insurance delays and billing. They’ve never made us feel stressed or rushed about anything like that. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind and helpful, so I genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews. Our experience has been nothing but positive, and we’re really grateful for how well they’ve taken care of our baby. Highly recommend!
I have never had a bad experience here! They really try to get you in if you need an appointment and can usually squeeze you in for a sick visit same day, everyone’s been amazing and there is never a long wait. It was a nightmare finding a pediatrician office I liked in the area, so thankful for this office.
We're a new patient with our 6 month old and saw the nurse practitioner Sydney who was phenomenal. So reassuring and respectful of our wishes. Couldn't recommend her enough!
I’ve been bringing my four kids to this practice since 2016, but after years of being a loyal patient, I’m incredibly disappointed with how they’ve handled a major billing issue. When my third child was born, they incorrectly entered his date of birth on the insurance paperwork. This mistake led to multiple visits being denied by insurance. I spent countless hours going back and forth between the insurance company and the doctor’s office — only to be told repeatedly that things were being corrected, when they clearly weren’t. To make matters worse, they refused to see my other children for their appointments until the payment was made — even though it was their own billing error. Because of this, two of my kids who normally have checkups in May weren’t seen until August. Eventually, without resolving the issue, the office charged over $700 to my credit card on file. I had done my due diligence, and the error was entirely on their end. After many resubmissions, insurance finally processed and paid the claims. After 3 and a half years of going back and worth, that insurance has paid them, they tried charging a $10 processing fee to return money that never should’ve been charged in the first place. After meeting with Jennifer, they decided to give us the $10 processing fee back. In collecting our money, $30 is unaccounted for and when I asked for itemized receipt where all the money went, I’m told they can’t provide an itemized receipt because “the money is spread across all the kids accounts.” Additionally, there’s been a lot of turnover with the doctors, making it difficult to build a trusting, long-term relationship with anyone. We’ve seen several different pediatricians over the years, and just when we get comfortable with one, they seem to leave. This has been a long, frustrating experience that shows a real lack of accountability, consistency, and transparency’s in both billing and patient care. I truly expected better after nearly a decade with this office It was upsetting that I was treated like the burden when they made the mistakes. Not once did I receive an apology for their mistakes on multiple incorrect invoices sent to my insurance. Another issue I had, when I brought one of my kids for annual check up (covered by insurance) and the nurse practitioner asked if I had any concerns and I pointed out a concern which she wrote a script for an xray, I was charged a $25 for a separate visit even thought I was there for an annual check up.
