As you look for a child care provider, please ensure to spend some time walking through the facility and meeting the staff. The Assistant Director has the inability to be professional to her own staff, parents, and children. The facility is very dirty with the Front entry, Directors, and Assistant Directors office's filled with clutter and garbage's overfilling. Some of the toilets do not operate correctly in the daycare rooms, with mold under the sinks. When a incident happens with your child it will be brushed under the rug, the leadership team didn't even know how to do a investigation nor did they have the parents sign the statements until they asked for them. Very disappointed with how they care for children, I would hope the Board of Directors does a walk through soon to correct the on going issues with this child care facility.
It's a nice place, the staff is friendly, attentive and diligent, my son loves going there, I haven't had any problems.
My daughter has been going there for 2 years and she likes it. Staff is great. Very friendly and helpful.
