Way To Grow Child Care Learning Center

I have been sending my son to Way to Grow since he was 5 months old. He is 3 1/2 now and he has always LOVED it there. He loves his teachers and every morning he asks excitedly, "Are we going to school today?!" Finding the right daycare can be hard, but we have had nothing but positive experiences since we started, and I have confidently recommended this center to many of my friends and colleagues.

My son has been enrolled at Way to Grow for a little over 2 years and has been thriving. The teachers and staff treat him like family, and even us parents have built strong relationships with them as well. I've never questioned his safety at the center and they are always very communicative through their app and email throughout the day. They're open most days when the school district is closed which is optimal for working parents, and they are flexible as well. We love Way to Grow and highly recommend them!

For the past 4 years, we've had nothing but great experiences at Way to Grow. My son was there up until Kindergarten and I trusted them enough to enroll my daughter there, who is currently loving it. She gets excited to go into class and doesn't fight to go in, which to me is a true sign of the trust she has with the teachers. They treat my kids like family and has open communication. They're accommodating and flexible when needed. It's wonderful that they're able to provide breakfast and lunch to every child, which a lot of places can't offer.

Way to Grow Day Care has been an exceptional place for my children. My oldest started here at age 2, and my youngest joined at just 6 months. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some truly amazing staff, including Erin (the previous Assistant Director), Carol (the previous Director), and now the Director, Margaret. Each of them has shown incredible dedication to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for the children. The caring staff at Way to Grow goes above and beyond to make every child feel safe, loved, and engaged. The bilingual learning experience, with exposure to both English and Spanish, has been invaluable for my kids. From creative activities to visits from the library and music specialists, the programs are thoughtfully designed to inspire curiosity and learning. Having nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided has been such a relief—one less thing to worry about for busy parents! Anytime we’ve had an issue, it was handled in a professional and timely manner, leaving us with the reassurance that our children are in the best hands. Some standout moments include our experiences with Mrs. Sybil, Ms. Stephanie, Miss Crystal, Ms. Brenda, and Ms. Magaly. Their enthusiasm to see our girls made every drop-off a heartwarming experience. These small gestures meant the world to us and provided a great sense of ease, knowing our daughters are cared for by such dedicated individuals. Way to Grow also keeps parents informed and engaged through their mobile app, making communication seamless. The fun activities, holiday parties, and special events they organize for the kids truly set them apart. Their efforts around preschool graduations are particularly noteworthy, creating beautiful and memorable celebrations for families. They even stay connected with the children as they move on to new schools, underscoring their commitment to fostering lasting relationships. It’s clear that the individuals involved no longer represent the Way to Grow family, and we admire how the team has handled the matter. My son is excited to go to school and while he's at home he talks about his teachers, friends and all the things he does during the day. Hot and nutritious meals and snacks are provided throughout the day and we're kept informed via mobile app what he does during the day. They always throw fun events for the kids during holidays such as a Friendsgiving party or a Halloween Trick Or Treat parade! The teachers and staff treat our family as if we're their own. They're accommodating and flexible when needed and open most days when the district is usually closed. They also provide continued care throughout the summer which is very helpful. Finding a safe, comfortable and trustworthy daycare is never easy but the staff at Way To Grow is warm and is always keeping us in the loop. They've made us feel safe and welcomed. We are excited to start our newest addition in the infant program in a few months!
