It pains me to write this review as MUCH has seemed to have changed in the years since my son attended WCC&PS 20 years ago. In the four interactions I had with the administrative staff while inquiring about preschool for my granddaughter, during every encounter I was met with apathy, indifference, incompetence and rudeness. Each of the four individuals did not welcome me and did not offer any information or follow-up except for one phone call, days later, with a non-answer. What an unfortunate, awful experience. I am not sure how this facility is still in operation but bless the families who leave their children under this type of supervision. On the *bright* side there are two or three other lovely Preschools in the area that welcomed (us) with open arms, written information and a tour of the facility.
I’ve never seen such a strict money making policy from a daycare. If you plan on sending your children here make sure you don’t go over even a min past your pick up or drop off time because they’ll charge you. You know they’re really after money when you call and tell them that you have changed your mind are no longer going to bring your kids there and they say okay in a rude tone and click they hung up
Horrible place to go, was told I’d get a call back within a week nothing so I gave it another week and they said they would have the director reach out when she got back. Waited another week and was told that we could set up a showing. It’s been over a month and still nothing. My friend called as well for her children and never got reached out to at all. I finally called and they said they dont know when the next showing is because they group everyone together. Idk about you but if I’m looking for daycare it’s because I don’t have daycare and need it. I asked if we could come sooner because I would like my child to get in and the lady then told me if she were me she would look for a different place to go then this daycare….. your own daycare worker said to go somewhere else because of how mismanaged this center is. I’m sure they don’t care about how they are treating the public as long as the kids there keep going and they get paid. Trust me I know valuable workers are hard to find but honestly with my experience why would anyone want to work there if the workers don’t know what’s going on and the director can’t seem to be a leader or get it together. Don’t even waste your breath on this place. I’d look for in home or another daycare or small town around waverly. This place is a joke.

They take amazing care of our toddler and she loves going to daycare!
