My child has been participating in Watoto after school program for 5 years. I adore Mrs Phyllis and the program. When their is an issue or concern she handles it swiftly and professionally. The staff is pleasant and professional they are great. I love the fact that they are always interacting with the children with some sort of activity once homework is finished. It amazes me how these ladies show so much patience with the children that are more active. This program has been a blessing for me, it is hard finding good childcare that is also convenient.
Watoto has been a wonderful experience for myself and for my child. I can trust them to care for my child as an extension of my care. The staff is always informative, caring and patient. My child looks forward to interacting with his peers in the safe environment of Watoto, where they complete homework and participate in other Creative activities. My family and I are more than pleased with our experience and we will definitely enroll our child for next year.
Our daughter has attended Watoto since Kindergarten (5 years). Any minor issues, or disagreements are handled immediately and very professionally. Ms. Phyllis is very Friendly and manages the children and the program in such a loving warm fashion.
Watoto Center City was shut down due to nonpayment of rent. With one week notice to parents, Watoto's program shut down last Friday leaving parents scrambling for childcare. PARENTS BEWARE. Don't trust the Robinson's with your kids or your money.
