Mrs.Nora is an amazing Director. Very professional, and truly takes pride in the organization she is running. From day one she has been nothing but great. I have felt welcomed every day since my son started attending Warm Beginnings. Ms. Morgan, Ms. Maria, Ms. Naday, and Mrs.Leslie are the teachers that have cared for my son and they have been so amazing to not only my husband and I, but my son as well. Every employee has been so sweet, and never fails to greet me. Even those who I have not personally met yet. Any time they have any issues they communicate immediately. My 2 month old gets fussy and likes to scratch his face. When I picked him up I was immediately told about it. Which I sincerely appreciate. It is a very clean and organized facility. I could ask a million questions and I am never met with anything other than an open heart, and great advice. Any time I have asked the ladies to change something they have immediately been receptive and truly care about the well being of my baby. I am so glad that I enrolled my son here and cannot recommend it enough.
I am emotional leaving Warm Beginnings due to a job change and move out of the area. What a wonderful facility. As a new mom, I was nervous about putting my daughter in daycare. But a family member who is a director at one in another city gave me all the questions to ask. From the moment I met Ms. Nora at my tour she answered all of my questions, was very warm and kind and encouraging. I never felt like I was asking too much. She made it all go smoothly and even checked in to see if we were still on par for our anticipated start date. Once we started she made it an easy transition. She was always doting on my daughter and keeping me updated with my progress. She is very involved with the classrooms. Ms. Morgan, Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Noemi are just THE BEST. My daughter is almost six months old and has had more Spanish lessons than me because of their bilingual teaching! 😂 They told me all the time how great my baby was and I really feel like they meant it. That they truly cared. I'll miss them deeply. It always smells great in there: either like they just cleaned, like they are cooking breakfast, or something festive in fall/Christmas up in the lobby!! 😂Practically: they are one of the few Texas Rising Star 4-star facilities in the Baytown/Mont Belvieu area and a clean state record. They are also VERY affordable. I could keep on but just know your babies will be well loved at WB! 💖
My three year old and my 3 month old go here and love it. It’s clean every time I drop them off. The playground is big and perfect for all ages. The classrooms are engaging for the littles. My three year old doesn’t fight me on coming like he has with past daycares. My 3 month old is changed around the hour, and I’ve walked in on the staff actually reading to the babies. (Most places I’ve encountered say they do but I never see it happening) The staff are all so nice and sweet. The infant teachers are always giving my baby holiday baskets. My three year olds teacher has my oldest coming home singing the days of the weeks, his alphabet, and his numbers.
We have been going to Warm Beginnings & More for almost 4 years and love it... they really treat your kids like their own.. My daughter is now in kindergarten and just received her 9 week report card and she has all A's and 1 B! All thanks to warm beginnings... they have taught my daughter (& son) so much.. I love this place and definitely recommend them..
Y’all are a terrible daycare your customer service is down the drain with your director. Gave my spot away for my two year old and then thinks an email the same day she gave my spot away knowing it was going to take me at least 2 days to get all her stuff for daycare since we moved was sufficient. Thank God I found a much better place. Then she wants to not work with me at all when it comes to getting my 6 year old in. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a spot here in this town but when you do be careful coming here because she treats you disrespectfully.
