Old Co-ops that have recently been updated. Three blocks from the beach. Right near the F train. Reasonably priced but long waiting list. New high rise buildings will overshadow these smaller buildings. Short walk to several public schools.
This location should be reported for fraud. Members of the board have been taking deals for apartments under the table for years. This neighborhood was once a diverse population with mostly older Jewish immigrants. What was once a place for affordable housing for New York residents it is a hotspot for illegal/legal Russian immigrants to buy/lease apartments illegally.
